From busy urban landscapes to the remote high arctic his background in human and environmental health assessment and his innovative approach to environmental liability reduction has made him a sought-after leader in risk-reduction strategies. To date, Mr. Smith has personally managed over $2 million in R&D, $500 million in liability reduction, and over $17 billion in asset liability analysis.

Mr. Veira brings more than 25 years of global new product development and design experience to the team. He has driven multi-million dollar sales and product strategy designs across three different continents. Trilingual (fluent in French, English and Portuguese) Mr. Vieras solid understanding of cloud-baed technology, robotics, vehicle technology integration (EV and Fossil Fuel), Autonomous Navigation and Remote Machinery Operations is propelling Clear-Site to the leading edge in technology design and implementation.

Dr. Gainer is a Professional Agrologist with over 10 years of human health and environmental risk assessment. She has international risk assessment experience with various media on a range of land uses and industries in Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, California and Brazil. Within Alberta, Dr. Gainer has completed numerous successful site-specific risk assessments that have obtained either a remediation or reclamation certificate.

A Professional Geologist and Agrologist (AB,SK) with over 20 years of progressive environmental experience specializing in soil and groundwater assessments, liability assessments, remediation, reclamation and soil classification, Burton has managed and conducted a multitude of environmental liability assessments, contaminated site assessments and remediation projects on commercial, industrial, and residential properties in addition to upstream oil and gas facilities in Alberta. His experience also includes soil surveys and mapping for environmental assessments and reclamation planning for various energy projects.

Dan is a human health and ecological risk assessment specialist. His area of focus is contaminated sites, proposed and ongoing industrial development projects, municipal developments and landfills, oil and gas sites, and the remediation of commercial properties. He is fluent with CCME, ECCC, Health Canada, and provincial guidance regulations in Alberta and British Columbia. His areas of expertise are independent review and third-party quality control/quality assurance for human health risk assessments and Environmental Impact Assessment reports in B.C..

Samantha has two years experience working as a human and ecological risk assessor, with her a background in aquatic ecology and biology, as well as strong wildlife identification skills. Samantha has been focusing on environmental liability reduction techniques in relation to alternative remediation technologies throughout Western Canada.

Costa is a groundwater specialist with more than twenty years of experience in the planning, management, and developement of groundwater resources. His work specializes in groundwater and soil aspects of the oil and gas industry, municipal landfills, water supply, environmental impact assessments, and soil/groundwater contaminant interaction and modeling.

Gundeep is a new-grad with a focus in data science and risk assessment. He has an educational background in biostatistics and ecology. Gundeep has experience working with a variety of programs and tools, including PowerBi, Esdat, and Strater.
